Bilingual 1st Shift Team Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.75 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
Provide copies of Placement and Sign in sheets to On Site team
Check PPE and uniform at start of shift
Ensure new starts have badges
Walk new starts to their work station and make sure they understand breaks and clocking in
Decision-making and judgement, initiative and change, job knowledge and skills
Problem-solving, productivity and quality, self-development and teamwork
Bilingual 1st Shift Team Lead Qualifications:
Must be able to stand and move for 12-hour shifts Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-production environment Able to work a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, including weekends and holidays Flexible and willing to perform different tasks as assigned across the facility
