Bilingual 3rd Shift Team Lead Details:
Temporary position- $
19.25 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Third Shift ( Sunday throughSaturday from 05:30pm to06:15am )
-Provide copies of Placement and Sign in sheets to On Site team-Check PPE and uniform at start of shift-Ensure new starts have badges-Walk new starts to their work station and make sure they understand breaks and clocking in.-Decision-making and judgement, initiative and change, job knowledge and skills-Problem-solving, productivity and quality, self-development and teamwork
Bilingual 3rd Shift Team Lead Qualifications:
Must be able to stand and move for 12-hour shifts Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-production environment Able to work a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, including weekends and holidays Flexible and willing to perform different tasks as assigned across the facility No high school diploma or prior experience required – we’ll train the right person!
