We seek a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator (In Training) to support our client's daily operations. This position is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience and eager to learn warehouse processes. The role includes handling customer communications, order processing, shipment preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized facility.

Warehouse Coordinator in Training Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a prompt and professional manner
- Accurately enter customer orders into the order management system
- Pick and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Create and include required documentation such as packing lists and Bills of Lading (BOL)
- Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups when necessary
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of the facility and surrounding grounds
- Learn and follow all company procedures and safety protocols
Warehouse Coordinator in Training Qualifications:
- Required: Customer service experience (in-person, phone, or email)
- Preferred: Forklift experience (certification a plus); willing to train the right candidate
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills and comfort using order entry systems
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
- Dependable, motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
