East Gate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Wednesday throughSaturday from 06:00am to06:00pm )
Responsible for operating our security arms at our outbound exit for all vehicles leaving property. They are interacting with all OTR traffic coming through East Gate, and validating that they have gone through the check-out process correctly. Job duties entail clerical work with daily usage of both SAP and our scale software, as well as consistent interaction with customers (OTR Drivers). They have a window at the Billing office where drivers will walk up with their information, and from that point our employees process them in the system and check them out. We are looking for candidates that are detail-oriented, have good de-escalation techniques and a personable attitude, can work in a small team of 2 people, and have basic computer proficiency.
East Gate Qualifications:
Customer service experience
Billing (A/R) experience
