Company Profile
- Company-provided vehicle and fuel card available for work-related travel.
- Opportunity to work Saturdays during the busy season (October through February) if desired.
- Commission-based pay at 5.5% (strictly commission after the first three months).
- Guaranteed base pay during the initial three-month period, plus commissions on earned sales.

Sales Representative Details:
Direct Hire position- $
35,000.00 to $ 60,000.00 / annually Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Assist customers at the store location and on-site as needed.
- Answer questions regarding products and services; provide estimated quotes.
- Travel to meet with clients, customers, and potential customers in town and in surrounding areas.
- A company vehicle and fuel card are provided for all work related travel.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Commission-based pay structure, effective strictly after the initial three-month period.
Sales Representative Qualifications:
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Construction experience is a plus.
- Must be willing to travel out of town as needed, including to locations such as Telluride, Crested Butte, Crawford, and other surrounding areas.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
