Maintenance Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 05:30am to04:00am )
- You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the reliable operation and upkeep of our manufacturing and packaging equipment.
- Support production goals through preventive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and repair, all while promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement effective repairs.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Assist in equipment installations, modifications, and continuous improvement projects.
- Adhere to company safety standards and participate in safety programs.
- Support 5S and Lean Manufacturing initiatives across the plant.
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Hours: 1st shift: 5:30 am to 4 pm & 2nd shift: 4 pm-2:30 am (overtime may be required for 10-12 hour shifts). Your shift will rotate and work 2 months on 1st shift and 2 months on 2nd shift.
- Must be able to work mandatory overtime when needed during peak seasons.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be drug and nicotine free.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
