Machine Operator Details:
Temporary position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 02:00pm to10:30pm )
This position is a 3 month assignment with the possibility of being longer for the right candidate.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support experienced Level 2 and 3 Coating Operators with setup and material prep
- Load material rolls onto feed spindles and feed through coating machinery
- Monitor, adjust, and maintain coating line for optimal performance
- Ensure coating head is properly filled with solution and material is processed smoothly
- Report material defects or irregularities to maintain quality standards
- Perform basic preventative maintenance (PMs) and help keep machines running at peak performance
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
Machine Operator Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For:
- Some experience in machine operation or a manufacturing setting preferred
- A team-oriented mindset with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout the shift (50-100 lbs with or without assistance)
- Willingness to learn and grow with on-the-job training and guidance
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
