Production Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
12.50 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Sunday throughSaturday from 06:00am to06:00pm )
- Operating machinery: They use various machines like slicers, grinders, ovens, conveyors, and sealers.
- Monitoring production: They ensure the food production process is running smoothly and that quality standards are being met.
- Maintaining cleanliness: They keep the production area and equipment clean and sanitary to prevent contamination.
- Quality control: They may perform basic quality checks to ensure the final product meets standards.
- Packaging and labeling: They package and label food products for distribution. Following safety protocols:
- They adhere to food safety regulations and procedures.
- Weighing and mixing ingredients: They measure and combine ingredients according to recipes.
- Adjusting production settings: They may adjust temperatures, flow rates, and pressures on equipment.
- Reporting problems: They report any issues with equipment or production processes to supervisors.
Production Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in food manufacturing, especially with baking and pastry preparation, is also highly valued.
- Additionally, these workers need strong communication skills, the ability to follow instructions, and a passion for cleanliness and quality.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
