Assembly/Production Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 03:00am to03:00pm )
- Operate and monitor machinery, adjusting controls and settings for optimal performance.
- Change cutting tools and update electronic tool offsets as needed.
- Measure and inspect workpieces using precision instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment following company policies and safety standards.
Schedule Options
Mon–Thu: 3:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Mon–Fri: 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Mon–Fri: 3:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Assembly/Production Associate Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for the entire shift.
- Comfortable with frequent bending, stooping, pivoting, and walking.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior manufacturing or production experience is a plus—but we’re willing to train!
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
