Service Advisor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 09:00am to05:30pm )
- Schedule and manage customer service/repair requests.
- Advise customers on routine service costs and process repair orders.
- Handle daily cash management and warranty claims (American Honda).
- Perform data entry, track company vehicle records, and manage order control.
- Maintain strong customer relations with clear communication.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment.
Service Advisor Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license & clean MVR (Background/Motor Vehicle Report required).
- Basic knowledge of car parts, charts, and diagrams.
- Strong computer & data entry skills.
- Excellent communication & customer service abilities.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
