Customer Account Manager Details:
Direct Hire position- $
55,000.00 to $ 70,000.00 / annually Salaried
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned key accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications, inquiries, and service needs.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently and accurately.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and coordinate order fulfillment processes.
- Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and proactively address potential issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Customer Account Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Three (3) years of experience in account management, sales or customer relations.
- Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
