Accountant Assistant Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to04:30pm )
- Customer service, answering calls, taking messages, and making reminder phone calls.
- Write up tickets and product invoices
- Send reminder emails on past-due accounts and help with collection calls.
- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks using QuickBooks.
- Assist with month-end, year-end closings and reconciliation.
- Maintain records, alphanumeric filing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Willing to assist and take on additional tasks as needed.
Accountant Assistant Qualifications:
- Accounting/Bookkeeping experience 3+ years
- Proficient with QuickBooks Online
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
