Elwood Staffing in Draper is hiring for a Bi-Lingual English/Spanish Staffing Recruiter
Pay rates from $18.00 - $20.00 per hour depending of work experience.
Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM, with flexibility to work some weekends when needed.

Bi-Lingual Staffing Recruiter Details:
Direct Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
A typical day as a Staffing Recruiter:
- Find and hire enough workers so the office can fill every job opening on time and in compliance with company policies and applicable government regulations
- Manage incoming orders from clients and enter detailed job descriptions into the database
- Interview and offer jobs/communicate rejections to candidates in a legal, timely manner
- Administer drug screens, background checks, and other pre-employment tests
- Counsel, discipline, and terminate temporary associates
- Consistently make quality control calls to clients and associates
- Create, review, and continually improve a strategic recruiting plan for the market
Bi-Lingual Staffing Recruiter Qualifications:
- Ability to interact and build relationships with a diverse employee population
- Ability to maintain a positive and empathetic attitude during emotionally charged conversations
- The goal-oriented mindset with a willingness to invest in the pursuit of unlimited earning potential
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly master multiple computer-based programs
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
