Production Laborer Details:
Temporary position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Assist in the production and assembly of building materials and construction productsLoad, unload, stack, and move materials throughout the facility and yard Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA standards Inspect materials for quality and report defects or safety concerns Support inventory counts and material tracking as needed Assist forklift operators and machine operators when required Work efficiently to meet daily production goals and deadlines Perform general labor duties as assigned by supervisors
Production Laborer Qualifications:
Qualifications:Previous construction, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferredAbility to lift 50–100 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditionsStrong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills Forklift certification is a plus but not requiredMust be able to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical labor for extended periods
