We are hiring Field Service Specialists for a 21 days on / 7 days off rotation.
A company vehicle is provided while on duty.

Field Service Specialists Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
24.00 to $ 26.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Sunday throughSaturday from 07:00am to06:00pm )
Wellhead Control & Pressure?Control Focus:
- Perform wellhead checks, ensuring valves, seals, and pressure?control components function properly.
- Install, test, troubleshoot, and repair wellheads, valves, and pressure?control equipment.
- Apply safe high?pressure and high/low?pressure management techniques.
General Field Operations:
- Rig up/rig down flowback, well testing, and frac assist equipment.
- Operate and maintain choke manifolds, separators, valves, frac trees, and related equipment.
- Read and interpret schematics/blueprints.
- Communicate job updates with supervisors and customers.
- Complete accurate service tickets and daily reports.
- Uphold all safety standards and report incidents immediately.
Field Service Specialists Qualifications:
- Must be 21 yrs of age or older.
- GED or High School Diploma, technical degree preferred.
- Well Head Experience is preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting abilities.
- 3+ years of Oil and Gas, or related industry experience.
- 5+ years of experience in equipment maintenance/technician field role.
- Ability to work a 21-day on 7-day off rotating schedule.
- Ability to lift 20–50 lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
