General Responsibilities as a Branch Manager will include:

  • Primary driver of customer service, operations, sales and profit for the branch.
  • Ensure the branch has a strong recruiting team and winning effort by training, developing, and coaching successful recruitment, account management and operations practices.
  • Ensure recruiting and service operations meet 100% on-time order fulfillment ? all the time.
  • Hold staff members accountable for delivering what is expected or make changes.  Direct activities related to improving results and achieving growth goals through performance conversations, feedback generation, and recognition.
  • Maintain regular and balanced time with your staff. The branch staff should spend time with you regularly.

Desired Skills & Experience - Branch Manager:

  • College degree or equivalent experience in a management capacity in a fast-paced office environment with changing priorities
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Excellent hiring, recruiting, onboarding and training background
  • Proven success in a business development role
  • Strong analytical, organizational, negotiating, and decision-making skills
  • Metrics driven and P&L/budgeting experience
  • Proficient computer knowledge and ability to use essential technology efficiently
  • Knowledge of Human Resources and employment-related laws 
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively across all platforms
  • Flexibility to work a standard schedule as defined and extended hours as needed
