Fitters and Machine Operators for 1st/2nd shift in Oxford, AL starting at $16 to $17 hr.

Fitter Trainee Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday from 03:00pm to03:20am )
Shifts available:
1st shift 4:00am - 2:20pm $16/hr
2nd shift 3:00pm - 3:20am $17.00 hr
* Pay could change for more experience applicants *
- Must complete training for 1 week on 1st shift if approved for 2nd shift position
- Must be able to work in a hot and dusty work environment
- Tack welds smaller pieces onto main piece
- Uses cutting torch for cutting metal uses mag drill and hydraulic punches to put holes in metal
Fitter Trainee Qualifications:
- Must be able to work 10 to 12 hour shifts
- Must have knowledge of tape measure
- Must have construction or heavy industrial experience
- Must be able to work in a hot and dusty work environment
- Must be able to work overtime High School Diploma or GED NOT required
- Must stand for entire shift
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds All leather steel toe boots required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
