Mechanic
The Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing company vehicles, equipment, and machinery used in fencing and gate installation projects. This role ensures all equipment is safe, reliable, and ready for daily operations.

Mechanic Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:30am to04:00pm )
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair company trucks, trailers, and equipment
- Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake work, and tire service
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime
- Maintain small engines and equipment (generators, compressors, saws, etc.)
- Keep accurate maintenance records and service logs
- Ensure all tools and equipment meet safety standards
- Assist with equipment setup and occasional field repairs as needed
Mechanic Qualifications:
- 1+ years of mechanic experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn electrical systems
- Experience with hand and power tools and has own
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting and attention to detail skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Longevity at previous positions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
