Yard Helper
This is a hands-on, outdoor position for dependable individuals who enjoy physical work and are looking to learn a skilled trade with opportunities for growth.

Yard Helper Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 19.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:30am to04:00pm )
- Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential, commercial, and industrial fencing
- Prepare job sites and organize materials
- Dig post holes, set posts, and assemble fence panels
- Load, unload, and transport materials as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Yard Helper Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license required
- Welding experience is a plus
- Ability to unload trucks and handle materials safely
- Ability to operate machinery or be willing to be trained
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
