Janitor & Production Custodian Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.50 to $ 17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 06:00am to04:30pm )
- Clean offices, breakrooms, restrooms, and common areas
- Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the facility
- Sweep and maintain production floors and work areas
- Help keep walkways, workstations, and storage areas organized
- Identify and report safety hazards or maintenance concerns
- Support overall facility cleanliness in a busy manufacturing environment
- Perform general janitorial and production cleanup tasks as assigned
Janitor & Production Custodian Qualifications:
- Previous janitorial, housekeeping, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, organized workspace
- Able to work efficiently in a loud, fast-paced production environment
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable attendance and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically able to stay active throughout the shift, including walking, sweeping, bending, and lifting light-to-moderate loads
- Dependable transportation to and from the Coburg facility is required
- Flexible schedule availability is a plus; accommodations may be available for the right candidate
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
