Description
Machine Operator
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Packaging Operator to join our production team. This position is responsible for operating and maintaining multi-head weighers and form, fill, and seal (FFS) bagging machines to efficiently package our products while ensuring the highest standards of quality, food safety, and consistency. ** Starting rate Is $18.50-$19.50 after 30 days/completing training & receiving on-site certification pay is $20.50.**

Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 02:00pm to11:00pm )
- Set up, operate, and monitor multi-head scales and form, fill, and seal bagging equipment for potato chips and other snack food products.
- Adjust machine settings for accurate weight control, proper seals, and packaging integrity.
- Perform machine changeovers between product runs, including film replacement, weight adjustments, and coding verification.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and surrounding work areas to meet GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
- Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience operating automated packaging or production equipment preferred, food manufacturing experience a plus.
- Working knowledge of multi-head weighers (e.g., Ishida, Yamato) and form-fill-seal baggers (e.g., Matrix, Bosch, TNA) is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
- Fast-paced snack food production environment with exposure to noise, warm temperatures, and food-grade oils.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting during the shift.
