Ink & Coatings Color Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.50 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 02:00pm to02:30am )
- Training Schedule: Day Shift (5:30am–4:00pm, Monday–Thursday with potential Friday OT)
- Accurately mix and match inks, resins, and coatings to meet customer color specifications
- Work within a team environment to ensure timely production and delivery of materials
- Supply prepared materials to screen printing and coating departments Follow detailed formulas and production instructions with a high level of accuracy
- Maintain consistent color quality standards and document batch results as required
- Ensure materials are prepared efficiently to support continuous production flow
- Occasional use of a respirator may be required during specific tasks or material handling
- Work in an environment where strong ink/chemical odors may be present at times; odors are not harmful but can be noticeable
Ink & Coatings Color Technician Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail with an excellent “eye for color”
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Basic math and measurement skills required
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based production setting
- Comfortable working in an environment with occasional respirator use
- Ability to tolerate intermittent exposure to strong ink/chemical odors (non-hazardous)
- Reliable, organized, and able to maintain production pace and accuracy
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
