Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our transportation and logistics operations. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between carriers, internal teams, and customers to ensure timely, cost-effective, and efficient freight movement.

Customer Service Representative Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to03:00pm )
- Coordinate shipments and communicate with carriers to ensure timely deliveries
- Track and monitor loads, providing updates to internal teams as needed
- Assist with assigning carriers to available freight
- Help resolve delivery issues and delays in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate shipment and carrier information in company systems
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Basic computer skills (email, data entry, Microsoft Office) and multiline phones
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team setting
- Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working with freight carriers, brokers, or 3PL environments
- Experience in billing or data entry
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and transportation regulations
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think quickly under pressure
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
