Tax Office Clerk Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.57 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Answering phones, assisting with routine questions, and directing callers to the correct department.
- Using a computer for data entry, account lookups, and basic document preparation, along with operating standard office equipment.
- Accepting property tax payments at the counter and from the mail, and posting those payments in the system.
- Balancing a cash till daily and entering all funds into the financial system.
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail.
Tax Office Clerk Qualifications:
- Office Experience is REQUIRED
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
- MS Office Suite
- Cash Handling
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
