Senior Financial Analyst

Senior Financial Analyst Details:
Direct Hire position- $
95,000.00 to $ 115,000.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Lead financial planning & analysis including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly management reporting
- Perform deep-dive analysis on inventory, logistics, warehousing, and distribution costs to improve profitability
- Build and maintain financial models and dashboards covering sales, margins, and cost-to-serve performance
- Conduct variance analysis and deliver actionable insights on risks, opportunities, and operational performance
- Support decision-making through customer, product, and channel profitability analysis and scenario modeling
Senior Financial Analyst Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
- 5–8+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis or FP&A, in FMCG, food, wholesale, distribution, or supply chain-driven industries
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, 3PL structures, and cost-to-serve concepts
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with ability to present insights to senior leadership
