Application Specialist Details:
Contract position- $
36.00 / hour First Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- Contract position $36.00 /hour
- First Shift (Monday through Friday)
- Manage daily print sample production, including file setup, color adjustments, media selection, and output optimization
- Track, fulfill, and ship sample requests while maintaining accurate inventory and production records
- Support Product Managers and Marketing teams with sample builds, product launches, and application testing
- Maintain and refresh showroom displays, ensuring equipment is operational and presentation-ready
- Assist with customer demos and internal process improvements for sample production and fulfillment workflows
Application Specialist Qualifications:
- Experience in print, production, marketing support, or related hands-on technical environment preferred
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple sample requests, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously
- Familiarity with basic file handling/editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite or similar) is highly preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments with a focus on quality control and accuracy
- Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
