Production Technicians Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Assemble components to precise customer specifications using detailed work instructions and engineering prints
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance to meet strict cleanroom standards
- Safely operate hoists and equipment to move materials and components
- Use hand tools, small power tools, and specialized equipment to complete assigned tasks
- Follow all safety, quality, and handling procedures, including working with materials and chemicals
Production Technicians Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Or experience in a cleanroom environment with required PPE
- Must be comfortable moving shifts and working overtime. Openings are primarily day shift, with some roles transitioning to swing shift based on business needs
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to stand and perform repetitive hand work for extended periods
- Lift and carry up to 50lbs occasionally
- Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and precision
- Comfortable working in a highly controlled, detail-focused setting
- $150/week commuting bonus for Oregon Residents (while on assignment)
- Please note: This allowance does not continue if hired directly by the company
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
