Shipping Associate Details:
Direct Hire position- $
18.32 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 09:30am to06:00pm )
- Prepare and ship orders, accurately pick, pack, and process outgoing shipments with speed and precision.
- Load and unload materials, safely lift, move, and stage products for incoming and outgoing freight.
- Operate warehouse equipment, use forklifts and related machinery; certification provided if needed.
- Maintain shipping area organization, keep workspaces clean, orderly, and compliant with safety standards.
- Meet daily shipping deadlines, work with a small team to ensure all orders are completed with urgency and accuracy.
Shipping Associate Qualifications:
- Warehouse or shipping experience Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or general warehouse work is helpful but not required.
- Physical capability, ability to lift and move materials safely and perform physically active tasks throughout the shift.
- Team?focused reliability strong urgency, dependability, and comfort working closely with a small, collaborative team.
- Forklift skills, forklift certification preferred; training and certification can be provided if needed.
- Education flexibility, no strict education requirement; a high school diploma is helpful but not mandatory.
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
