Now hiring a Combination Welder/Maintenance Technician in Winnemucca! Seeking a dependable candidate with industrial maintenance and welding experience to support plant operations in a fast-paced environment. Experience with TIG, MIG, and stick welding is required, along with the ability to work with carbon steel and stainless steel.

Welder / Maintenance Technician Details:
Direct Hire position- $
45.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift
- Full-time, hourly, on-site position
- Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday 4/10 schedule
- On-call for urgent maintenance situations as needed
- Perform welding, fabrication, repair, and maintenance on plant equipment
- Work with carbon steel and stainless steel materials TIG, MIG, and stick welding experience required
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld maps, and technical drawings
- Support preventative maintenance and minimize equipment downtime
- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Industrial or manufacturing experience preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying conditions
Welder / Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of welding experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Welding certification preferred (AWS or equivalent)
- Must be willing and able to pass 1G–6G welding testing
- Basic maintenance and troubleshooting knowledge preferred
- Understanding of lockout/tagout and industrial safety procedures
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
- Valid driver’s license required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
