Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 21.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughThursday )
- Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform routine equipment checks and minor adjustments
- Maintain accurate production documentation
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues as needed
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
- Strong attendance record and reliability
- High attention to detail and quality standards
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multiple processes
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift as required
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- High School Diploma or GED
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
