Quality Assurance & R&D Tech Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 21.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
- Conduct chemical and physical testing of ingredients, in-process, and finished products (e.g., moisture, pH, fat, salt).
- Record, trend, and report analytical data using Excel and internal systems.
- Support environmental monitoring through collection and testing of swabs and samples.
- Partner with production to identify and correct quality deviations.
- Assist with R&D product and packaging trials, documenting and analyzing results.
Quality Assurance & R&D Tech Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in food science or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong attention to detail.
- Previous quality inspecting, food industry, dairy experience or research and development preferred.
- Familiarity with HACCP, GMPs, and food safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across departments.
