Bookkeeping Customer Service Rep. Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Maintain accurate financial records, invoices, and transactions
- Provide professional and friendly support to clients and customers
- Assist with account reconciliations and basic reporting
- Answer calls, respond to emails, and resolve customer inquiries
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Bookkeeping Customer Service Rep. Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- 1–2 years of experience in bookkeeping and/or customer service
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic accounting software
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
