Our client is searching for Fiberglass Molding, Fabrication, & Machine Operators. Pay ranges $15.50 - $16.50, depending on department.

Molding, Fabrication, & Machine Op. Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.50 to $ 16.50 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to04:30pm )
We are currently hiring for multiple positions across all departments in our fiberglass manufacturing facility.
This is a great opportunity to get started in a hands-on, fast-paced production environment with room to grow and develop new skills.
Job Areas Include:
- Machine operation
- Material handling and staging
- Product assembly and installation prep
- Final finish and quality control
- Resin/chop application processes
- General production support and cross-training
Schedules based on departments, and may include one of the following shifts:
- Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm
- Monday - Thursday 6am-4:30pm
Molding, Fabrication, & Machine Op. Qualifications:
- Operate machinery and tools in accordance with safety and quality standards
- Handle raw materials and finished products, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Follow written and verbal instructions to complete daily tasks
- Read blueprints and use tape measures (for certain positions)
- Perform accurate measurements and basic math calculations
- Work in areas that may involve high heat and direct contact with fiberglass materials
- Be open to cross-training and rotate between departments as needed
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
