I contacted Elwood on a Friday and they had me three interviews set up for Tuesday. I explained my needs to them and they narrowed them down to three choices, which makes me see that they really listened to what I was looking for and searched through resumes to only find three. I realized that I had obviously been doing something wrong for the last year and a half. We have been through 6 administrative assistants in my time here and each time, we held at least 10 interviews and settled for the one that we thought would work best.

We hired the second girl we interviewed [from Elwood Staffing] and she has been a lifesaver. She came in here and in one day did more for helping me organize [sic] that 6 people had ever done. She came to me and asked what she could do to help me. I have never had any staff person ever approach me and ask how they could help me. [She] has been a lifesaver, and a breath of fresh air.
