I am pleased to recommend Elwood Staffing as a source of temporary and not so temporary work force staffing. Our company contacted Elwood Staffing in December of 2008 when we had a big, short-term project and needed some temporary help. [An Elwood staff member] came to our location to gain some understanding of our business and work environment and then sent the people we needed at the time the project started. [He] regularly followed up to see how his employees were performing.

Metal Technology of Indiana is a small business and when we agree to do a large, short term job we don't usually have the employees available to remove from the daily work load and assign to the new job. Elwood Staffing has been such a reliable source of labor in those circumstances. We have also contacted [him] when business increases and we don't know if the trend will last. One of the Elwood Staffing employees is now a valued employee of Metal Technology.

There have been a few problems since we began working with Elwood Staffing because people are people. When an employee shows up late or "disappears" after one day of work, [the Elwood staff] always respond promptly and always deal with us and their employees quickly and fairly. I have much respect for [him] and his staff as professionals and as good people.
