Our Staffing Specialists serve as customer service representatives to client companies and interview candidates for placement on job assignments. They ensure the quantity and quality of our candidates meets the needs of our client companies. They contact our client companies to determine that all needs are being met. They understand and communicate all policies to our temporary associates. Superior Customer Service is critical in all aspects of their responsibilities.

The ideal candidate for a Bilingual Staffing Specialist is:

Prior staffing experience is desired. Knowledge of employment law and understanding of human resource procedures is also desired.

Requirements:

• Excellent bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills, both oral and written

• Minimum three years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities 

• Previous staffing industry experience preferred 

• Strong communication skills 

• Team oriented 

• Understanding of human resource procedures 

• Excellent data entry skills 

• At least two years of post-high school education preferred 

• Solid personal computer knowledge and ability to use essential technology (databases, word processing, spreadsheets, and email) effectively and efficiently

In addition to the above, these abilities are also required:

• Function effectively in a fast-paced, multiple priority environment 

• High level of self-motivation and sense of urgency 

• Able to communicate effectively and tactfully (both verbally and written) to all levels, both internally and externally
