Our Staffing Specialists serve as customer service representatives to client companies and interview candidates for placement on job assignments. They ensure the quantity and quality of our candidates meets the needs of our client companies. They contact our client companies to determine that all needs are being met. They understand and communicate all policies to our temporary associates. Superior Customer Service is critical in all aspects of their responsibilities.
The ideal candidate for a Staffing Specialist is:
Able to prioritize tasks
Able to work with changing priorities
Prior staffing experience is desired. Knowledge of employment law and understanding of human resource procedures is also desired.
Minimum three years customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Previous staffing industry experience preferred
Strong communication skills
Understanding of human resource procedures
Excellent data entry skills
At least two years of post-high school education preferred
Solid personal computer knowledge and ability to use essential technology (databases, word processing, spreadsheets, and email) effectively and efficiently
Function effectively in a fast-paced, multiple priority environment
High level of self-motivation and sense of urgency
Able to communicate effectively and tactfully (both verbally and written) to all levels, both internally and externally
