We are looking for top-notch candidates for Area Manager who have a proven track record of success in driving both top and bottom-line growth, a passion for this industry, and the desire to truly make a difference.
The Area Manager directs and controls all activities related to meeting budgeted financial goals for the defined territory. The following are key responsibilities of an Area Manager:
Select, orient, train, develop, coach, and counsel sales and branch management employees, and provide strategic leadership to promote growth within the territory.
Determine revenue, gross profit, and net profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new services; analyze trends and results; establish pricing strategies; monitor costs and competition.
Maintain relationships with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs; sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs, and anticipating new opportunities.

5+ years' experience in the staffing industry
Previous multi-unit/branch responsibility
P&L accountability
A Bachelor's degree in a business discipline is preferred
